As a mental health counsellor I understand the impact that feeling overwhelmed, depressed or anxious has on my clients.  One of the first things to go is preparing decent food.  The additional time it takes seems to add too much pressure to their already overloaded plates.  Yet emotional wellness depends in part, on a physical body consuming nutritious foods.

So I decided there had to be an easy, stress free way to prepare meals!  I came up with a cookbook where the recipes have no more than four ingredients and no more than four steps and titled it "Trish's 4x4 Cookbook".  Enjoy!
